Patsy has made several live appearances on primetime TV. She has also contributed to segments for Channel 10’s The Project – most recently in April 2024. 

Her live appearances include Channel Nine’s Today Extra in July 2020 and 2019 (see videos on this page); and, at the end of November 2018 she presented an overview of the stars for 2019. 

She was live on Studio 10 (January 4, 2016, see video), and live on Channel 9’s ‘Mornings’ (October 23, 2015). 

Patsy contributed to another segment for Channel Ten’s The Project on July 26, 2018.

She also presented live readings on MTV in February 2018.

In the 1990s, she appeared weekly on Wire TV in the UK.
